砂倉です、久しぶりに投稿します。

最近、タイトルのような件名のメールが結構届きます。
XXXXBankだとかeBayだとか使用した事もない海外の
ところから来ているのでちょっと心配です。
他の人もこういうのが来ているでしょうか？

数は減りましたが、依然この手のメールが届きます。
eBayとかを使って送金した事は一度もないので、かなりの
迷惑な行為・・・と思っています。

アドレスは本物のようですが、フィッシング詐欺だと思います。
他の人からの情報もよろしくお願いします。

　同じものは届いてませんが、文面からするとフィッシング詐欺でしょう。
Bank Of The West は知らないけど、特に eBay はフィッシングで騙られることの多い
サービスらしいです。

投稿された本文中にはURLがありませんが、これは多分テキスト表示しているから
でしょうね。

Content-Type が multipart/alternative ですから、テキストパートとHTMLパートが
あってHTMLパートの方しかURLが書いてなかったか、あるいは元々HTMLパートしか
ないんだけど、タグ（リンクも）を取っ払って表示しているかでしょうけど…。
スパムの場合、HTMLパートしかない場合の方が多いですよね。
