htmlで送られてきているのも嫌な感じがしますし、
何しろ心当たりがないところが一番嫌なのですが、
苦情を言おうにも、英語で送っていいものかどうかが悩みどころです。
他にも、このメールと同じものを受け取った方いらっしゃいますか？
