3/15に韓国Hanaro Telecomに対してspam対処依頼メールを送ったところ
、36時間後に「警告後もspammerがspam送信をやめないなら法的手段に
出る」という力強い内容のお返事をいただきました。
韓国でもしっかり対処してくれるプロバイダはあるんだなあ、とちょ
っと嬉しくなりました。

Thank you for your report. We received your spam report and are
now in the process of taking care of it. Hanaro Telecom, Inc. w
ill warn those who transmitted spam mail contrary to the Article
50 of "Act on Protection of Information and Promotion of I
nformation Communication Network" not to send spam mail any
more. If a spammer does not stop sending spam mail, Hanaro Tele
com, Inc. will report spam mail transmitter to the related autho
rities and look into legal action to compensate for the mental a
nd physical damage.
