送信元は出てこないようですね
記載されているメアドは、着信用（？）のはずですから
苦情を送るのでは無く、不法行為にメアドが使用されている旨を指摘し、
注意を促すくらいでしょうか
ＲＩＰの方にも、偽装されている旨、知らせておいた方が良いのかも知れませんが

それから、このナイジェリアを追跡している団体があったはずですが（汗
ＦＢＩなども情報は募っているようですが

大して参考にはなりませんですね

とりあえず　indiatimes　のフィールドバックに　適当に書いた文章を自動翻訳かけてぶち込んでみました。
それ以外のところの対応については、語学力の欠如から断念しました
